Who would willingly volunteer for HSR?
I wish I were absolutly wrong about this one.
The current answer,seems to be:
By projecting a mental illness diagnosis as a utility for a predetermined outcome we can avoid institutional liability.

I wonder if there is’nt a better way of doing this?

Could we modify EBM to include doctor /patient teams?
Or sack the FDA requirements and start fresh with something agreeable to all?

Human exprimentation is’nt all horrific but how to do this in a genuinely ethical manner?
